"Very good location inside the mall where you get everything Only problem is the drop off by Uber is a distance to the hotel so if u have suitcases u need to push them up the slope to the hotel and the lift to go up for check in Excellent location just due to the mall Room is basic and clean Check in staff are helpful and quick "

"Great experience! Only a minor confusion with Barcelo, no one picked us up at the airport the night we landed despite scheduling through the link the hotel sent me. Nonetheless, Barcelo refunded me for the amount of $200 CAD. It took a while, but they got back to me while I was already back in Canada and I appreciated that they were on top of it through email. Food was incredible and loved the buffets. The portion of the beach is a bit small compared to the hotels on the other side, but you can't go wrong with such a good deal!"
