Special mention and thanks to Joel, Emiliano and Carlos (staff) who made sure we were well served, as well as to Stephanie (emcee) and Jahir (Dj) who made the activities super fun. Don’t miss out on their planned volleyball and music games. Just a heads up that there is an environmental fee of around 335 Mexican pesos. Apart from that, we had a great experience. "The resort maintained a high level of cleanliness, with staff members consistently being attentive and responsive. They showed genuine interest in my experience by asking for my suggestions. The entertainment staff effectively organized activities on schedule, encouraging participation without being overly assertive. Overall, the quality of the food was very good, though it would be beneficial to offer more variety within each meal at the buffet. However, I noticed that the room service food did not closely match the images presented in the app. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dinner there. The proximity to downtown was excellent. The beach was large and well-maintained, and I appreciated the daily volleyball games, which were enjoyable due to their prompt start times and reliability. One last suggestion: if all the rooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash then state that on your website. It would save trying to squeeze these liquids in to luggage. Its great that the resort supplies them. "

"First time ever going to Cancun and staying at this hotel. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and upgraded our room. I was not expecting the room they gave us! Center of the hotel with and OMG view. I will definitely be booking with them again. 10/10 all around for everything. Amazing!"
