"The Pros…..great friendly service, range of restaurants, staff appreciate tips but are not demanding them. Nice pool ( main one I swam 2K four times early in the morning day). Serenity gym was empty most days so nice for the treadmills to use. Loved Olios and also the Italian was good. Nice spacious room. Butler Paco was kind and checked in each day but wasn’t in our face. Cons: the shows were weak, Tahlini show had bad acoustics in the room and was very loud. Burlesque show was hilarious, some of the poolside entertainment was passable. Beach is not really a place to hang out with the sea weed and the current is rough. Safe, no people hassling you by the pool to buy trinkets and a very relaxing place to unwind for a week. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you Haven. "

"Food options were great. Staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms and common area were clean. The lobby was such a good time every night : drinks, singing, dancing. About at 15 minute drive to the cocobongo/bar area. Only negative I can say was the smell of the air fresheners used in the lobby were a bit too strong. Overall, loved it & can’t wait to go back !!"
