Convenient. Transportation is nice. Plenty of parking. Pool area is nice. Towels are provided. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Cheerleaders and dance groups are a bit loud and obnoxious but thats not the hotels fault. Starbucks employees are also super friendly.

The location is very good, close to Universal complex and International drive and it’s all commercial and food areas. But the hotel room service is a mess. Extremely poor, I quit complaining because I realized that it was not going to work anyway.

The staff were all really nice and helpful, but there is no soundproofing between the rooms which wasannoying. The shuttle system to the parks is amazing though, always ran really smoothly and never waited more than 10 minutes.

My mom and I were very happy overall. However, I would give this five stars, but there were a few things that makes me leave it at four. First, though it’s one of the newer universal hotels, the interior of the building (specifically, the hallways) show some wear. There were some stains in the hallway carpet, some portions of the walls are dirty, and the wallpaper by the elevators is starting to noticeably peel. The second thing is the hallways are very long and access to elevators are very far off. So, if you don’t like walking anymore then you have to after a day at the parks, this might be something to consider. These first two things didn’t affect my personal experience of staying at the hotel, but it is something to consider. Third, our remote for the room had holes in the center of it. Yes, you read that correctly. This one did affect my experience a bit. However, as it is one the cheapest options for a universal hotel, you get what you pay for. The check in process was easy. Our room (a pool view room) was great. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Lastly, the food options were awesome and is actually some of the better hotel food I’ve had. That being said I’m actually planning on coming back this summer with the rest of my family and hopefully we’ll get to enjoy going to the pool.

Great economical stay near the parks. Never had to wait for a bus. The walls are very thin—you hear all the noises in the hallway and anybody on the floor above you.

stayed at this hotel recently, and I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone seeking rest or relaxation. The noise level was absolutely unbearable. From loud music blaring late into the night to guests shouting in the hallways, it felt more like a nightclub than a hotel. What made it worse was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms—every footstep, conversation, and door slam echoed like it was happening in the room with us. Even during the day, there was constant construction noise outside that made it impossible to get any peace. I reached out to the front desk multiple times, but they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. They offered no solutions or apologies, just excuses. This was easily one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your sleep and sanity, I’d recommend staying far away from this place.

It was less glamorous than pictured. They did not have cots and the temperature of the room was hard to control. The beds were horrible. The facility was clean and the food prices we okay. Not much to do on the property especially when the pool was closed.
