Convenient. Transportation is nice. Plenty of parking. Pool area is nice. Towels are provided. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Cheerleaders and dance groups are a bit loud and obnoxious but thats not the hotels fault. Starbucks employees are also super friendly.

Loved it!!!
Loved our stay here. Very family friendly. Room was nice and clean. The pool was great and even though we didnt use it i loved that they had a sand area there. All the staff on the premises were friendly and eager to help if you needed them. Check-in was great. I liked that our key cards are ours to keep as souvenirs and have our names on them. The shuttle to Universal is definitely a bonus. While im sure there are times that people waited, we did not. Always a shuttle available when we needed it. And the fact that they run so late was nice for late night meals. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. And i'm looking forward to staying here in the future.

You need to make sure there’s seating areas around the property when the pool is closed. No where for family’s to sit outside during closing hours. Coffee should absolutely be free when the purchase of a full breakfast. Coffee also needs to be included in the free refill options. Coffee isn’t hard to get in Florida is it? In Canada coffee is free with breakfast… everywhere! Your bed sheets are absolutely horendous. You need thick comforters and not sheets that feel like curtains. Why isn’t there a bathroom fan? Major flaw!!

We stayed at this location for two nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! Very comfortable rooms, spacious and quiet. Highly recommended whenever you visit Universal Studios - early access to the park was well worth it!
