Nice Hotel
Hotel was in a nice location. Room was clean and the beds comfy. No breakfast and no coffee provided! There is a restaurant connected to the hotel, but it was closed. The sign stated it opened at 6:00 am , it was still closed at 8:00 am. Starbucks is walking distance. Also other restaurants within walking distance. Walmart and Canadian tire about a 10 minute walk.

Unfriendly Front Desk staff
The customer service was terrible. We booked for 5 people and there were no blanket or sheets for the fifth person. And when we asked for them, instead of providing the front desk staff asking us “are you sure there were not enough blankets?” and she called someone and kept talking on the phone while we were standing to get what we need. We left after waiting without getting anything. We are not the only one who was misbehaved, we observed earlier that she was talking rudely to another customer.

We checked in late and the staff was considerate and allowed a late checkout! We appreciated that. The room was clean and the beds good. The air conditioning only went down to 17.5 degrees and we could not leave the fan on continuously. We like the noise and need it colder. But we would recommend this to others. If you need something they have a convenience store but the prices are outlandish.
