"We had a wonderful stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose resort. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, especially enjoyed the poolside food, very good. The waiters around the pool are great, come often to check if you needs drinks or food. Bottled water is available with the all inclusive package included, a huge bonus. Being able to visit the sister resorts is a bonus, enjoyed going to the Sunset Beach resort for dinner and to see the beautiful sunset. The beach is beautiful, and swimmable! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this resort in the future. The only thing I can say that was lacking is the entertainment, other resorts we've been to have a bit more nightly entertainment, but they did have 2 nights with Mexican and Latin entertainment so that was a good bonus."

"Many different good things I have to say. Some people may not appreciate this but each room had its own water dispsers en lieu of a bunch of single plastic bottles. Great food options with friendly and courteous service. Agave made some terrific steaks. Tortuga Bay for dinner made a perfect mahi mahi. Emilio's lasagna was out of this world. Don Diego's buffet had everything and more you would ever need. Loved the omelletes. Lobby Bar made us feel so welcome. Choice collection of wines and a great strawberry Mojito. Carmen was an excellent pool activity guide - electrifiing. She will get everyone up and moving. Loved the safety of the in-room safes. Fridge fully stocked with wide selection of beers and sodas. Cons: not all the rooms have bathtubs. It's okay though since the hot tubs are even hot. Late check-out will cost $25. Beach is not swimable."

"We enjoyed a wonderful 6 night stay at PBS. We ended up upgrading to a villa in Montecristo as we were traveling in a larger group. The properties were very well taken care of and the staff were all friendly. Some of the service seemed very slow but nothing that would persuade me to not book the property again in the future. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We loved the first come first serve à la cart restaurants. This was so much better than getting up at the crack of dawn to make reservations. We had the steakhouse, Krystal, and Italian. Krystal was our favourite. The resort has a huge beautiful beach that is suitable to swim and play in the rolling waves for people who know how to swim well (not for people with mobility issues or who aren’t strong swimmers). You can walk or run about 1km down the beach to the marina or you can walk the other direction down the same nice sandy beach for also about 1km to some cool rock formations. We did this almost every day while we were there. Fantastic upkeep of the venue! Everywhere you go there are employees cleaning and doing maintenance on the property. We had a garden view room and with that we still had a partial ocean and pool view. There are lots of amenities/things to do ant the resort, especially since you can also access the Santa Fe if you want something different. The Palace has almost no waits for bar service and has a special “Palace” service area” at the Riu Parties also with no waits and premium drinks. We were spoiled with amazing food, friendly staff, and felt it was great value for the money we spent. Contrary to what I had read prior to arriving, we had no issues getting lounge chairs on the beach or at the pool and could change spots throughout the day without issues finding new ones to sit in. The entertainment was good and the water slides were a blast. "

"Impressed with thoroughness of the check-in staff, friendliness of all levels of staff when we asked for help, and the amenities, especially pool and 2nd floor restaurant for buffet breakfast. Parking was secure and easy to find. Felt very safe, and happy with location situated around the Marina. Our discounted rate through Hotels.com made this an easy pick for our one night in Cabo. We will return for similar. type of stay"
