Fabulous quaint hotel
Just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a little small for 3 adults but as we were only in at bedtime it sufficied, however i would not like to have had a 4th guest with us. The location of the hotel is perfect, close enpugh to the histle and bustle but also far away enough from the lights and noise of times square to get a really good nights sleep. And a subway entrance at the end of the street, so easy to navigate the city. The bar and restaurant open only until 10 which was a shame but otherwise what a fab time we had!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Times Square and Central Park on foot. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The credits for drinks and one breakfast were a great bonus. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view of New York City. It was definitely worth it! I would return and highly recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very nice and most of the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We received a coupon for a complimentary drink at the small bar in the lobby. Also, a token for $25 dollars that could be used toward any purchase in the hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive in the hotel restaurant if you are a light eater as it was one price for the breakfast buffet and no other menu options. The variety on the buffet was just okay. The elevators were quite slow at times. The room filtered out the street noise very well (we were on the 22 floor) but the heating/cooling system in the room was a bit loud. Overall, the room was quite comfortable and clean. The street out front of the hotel was a bit dirty and a little seedy looking but the location for the activities we had planned was excellent. The port authority is right there and easy access to the subway.
