It was 3 nights staying for trip with my mom. Staff were nice. We enjoyed welcome cookies too. Room was cleaned except the shower booth stank. We requested housekeeping service and smell was gone after. I liked the location that has Starbucks, 7-eleven, and some famous bagel shops near. We stayed 22nd floor and had a nice Empire Statement Building view. It was shame we didn’t stop by a rooftop bar while we were staying. Hotel was average good except the noise issue. The noise from the outside comes in so direct it felt like the window is opened even though it’s not.

We stayed here for three nights -Had guys out front to buy the double decker bus tickets from (buy from the ones with red hats) -It was walking distance to The Lion King Broadway show -Walking distance to time square -The rooms were clean and everything you needed -Had free wifi -Ubers could pick you up and drop you off in front of the hotel -Staff were great -The only thing you need to know is the rooms are small…but your in New York We would stay here again if we went to New York

The rooms were modern and the bed was big and comfy. The bathroom was very clean and new although our bedroom felt like it hadn't been hoovered as there was a tablet or sweet on the carpet the whole stay which wasn't ours. The area outside was dangerous generally but the door was minded by security at all times. There was a cool rooftop bar which was expensive. The lobby area was small and there wasn't a lot of staff so it could take a long time to check in.

This hotel was great! Location was within walking distance to times square and the train starions. Local restaurants were very good and the hotel's rooftop bar was great.

I love how close this area was to MSG (Madison Square Garden) and the very convenient location of this place to stores. It was clean, staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean, had a ton of outlets for electronics, and I absolutely LOVED the sliding shower doors with no leaks from my shower all over the floor. One thing about the room was that it was extremely small. Even though we stayed for one night, I’m thankful my friend and I did not bring luggage because we would then have to jump over our luggage, along with jumping over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. But overall, it worked for us and would highly recommend this place again and would come here again! Thank you Double Tree!
