My air conditioning in my room would not stay on for more than a few hours without turning off. Stayed here 4 nights and every night the air stopped working. Maintenance was able to reset it a couple times but again it never lasted thru the night. One night it went out at 2AM and it was 77 degrees in my room. All I got was a big fan to accommodate

This was great value for the money. As expected, the room was smallish but well laid out and very clean. The room had fun fitness amenities and videos available. The bathroom was beautiful (shower, no tub). The hotel location is great, very close to Grand Central and in a safe quiet area. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Rooms were small, I mean very small. AC was not working in one room on arrival and had to have maintenance before we got settled in. Walking distance to Times Square, Grand Central Station (the subway), and Richard Rodgers Theater, so location is great. No breakfast and many extra charges ($100 per room) for "incidentals",
