Rude and unprofessional check-in staff
The check in staff were not friendly at all! They were rude. I’m not sure I understand the reasoning behind putting rude staff at your check in desk. When asked if we could have a one hour extended check out, the lady at the front desk practically yelled and flat out said no. When asked if I could speak with a supervisor, she said you’re wasting our time. The location is good but the staff for the most part were the least friendly people you’ll find, even for New York. Also, the water pressure isn’t consistent. The rooms were tight.

KThis is a nice clean , safe hotel but quite expensive . Tips added to all bills automatically. Be aware they take a $300 deposit as you arrive It’s in a good location close to Times Square
