Typical city hotel, although breakfast was included you had to collect in a paper bag and take back to your room to eat. Note no hot food available. Staff were friendly enough but it’s a very impersonal hotel and not at all homely.

Nice place and people in the gritty city.
Very good value. The hotel location is perfect for shows and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and recently upgraded rooms. Monique at the front desk was informative and helpful.

Great location
Great location. Clean spacious room for 2 in NYC. 3min walk to times square. No ammenties but if you are in NYC to be a tourist no reason to be in your hotel. Also the street is surprisingly quite. Id stay again
