"Stayed here overnight before an early flight at nearby Heathrow & my family absolutely loved this hotel. Our 3 rooms were positively glamorous, although the layout differed slightly in each. The rooms were super clean and had every amenity, ironing boards, mini-fridge, some of our rooms even had a chaise/sofa and desk, and all had these amazing panoramic windows - the views varied but my mum loved hers, which overlooked the runway which she found exciting. We did not notice any noise. British tubs are notoriously high and slippery but if I recall, this was the only hotel that provided anti-slip mats - do ask about accessibility showers if that is a concern for you. The hotel-hoppa bus from Heathrow will drop you to Hyatt Place on their route, and there is also a public bus stop just in front of the hotel that will take you, I think, to Heathrow from which you can take the subway/tube into the city (we booked an Uber which was a bit pricey for a big group but we felt more convenient at the time). We paid the 20 GBP per person for the breakfast, which was a huge affair and quite worth it. The restaurant onsite has delicious food, and their staff as well as the front desk were exceedingly pleasant - they were a standout actually. One of us needed extra blankets or something when we were there and they brought a small portable heater. Our group of 6 unanimously agreed we would all happily do this again for stays when we need to be close to the airport."

"Quite honestly couldn't be more impressed, we were due to fly early today (21st March!) and stayed the night here, woke at 5AM to find our flight cancelled and ourselves stranded. The hotel manager was extremely courteous of everyone who was stuck and offered us food/drink as by the time we had made contact with the airline and confirmed we could not travel we had found ourselves stranded as no trains/buses route home. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us - incredibly comfortable stay, the room was clean and quiet, a bit dated but for a well priced overnight stay I can't fault anything"
