Well located property, easy to walk to all things South Beach. Nice outside seating area. You should ban smoking in this area so we don’t have to breath toxins while enjoying a nice provided breakfast. Our bathroom needs some work. Toilet seat practically falling off. Vanity and shower stall are showing signs of wear and should be refreshed. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Friendly staff, and cheaper than Ocean Drive but unless you are a budget traveller using this as a bed for the night this is pretty basic, despite the warm welcome

My best friend and I stayed her for one night before our cruise and I must say this is a cute little hidden gem. The manger was so nice & informative. We arrived a little early and was able to leave our luggage feeling safe to do so & was able to check in a little early. The breakfast was very good and the wine tasting was a plus for me. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping stores. I would definitely go back.

Very welcoming. Carlos met us on arrival. We were very early and that wasn’t a problem. We were able to relax in the courtyard with coffee. Later we met Gosia who was so friendly and helpful. We chatted away with her several times. The breakfast is cooked to order and is very good. Pleasant courtyard to sit in. Close enough to all the attractions (10 minute walk). We enjoyed our stay. Both Carlos and Gosia are great and other staff were also very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed our stay at this Bed in Breakfast in Miami Beach. The house was modern with other art deco elements. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Shout out to the two beautiful ladies who cooked our breakfast orders each morning.👍👍

This property has cockroaches. They need to put some money into cleaning the heck out of it. Updating the rooms. I love the area this property was in. The pictures do not match the actual condition of the rooms.

I stay at various establishments in south beach before a cruise. I was under the assumption there were several detached rooms. In the past I had the room on the back court yard. This time I was given a room with a view of a fence. That’s it. A big piece of wood. No greenery or the beautiful courtyard. I was disappointed. My room was across from the kitchen. You could hear foot traffic and people in the sitting area talking. I had to turn on the tv to get some sleep. Could not turn the over head light off or close the window. It’s floor level. I was afraid of someone breaking in to the room. Real easy. All they had to do was crawl through the window. I was hiding things. I if you are staying overnight , you have to park in the garage a few blocks down the street. I was going there to grab things out of my luggage. I may pay extra for a different location the next time. I go monthly. Discovery is fun.

It was located off a quiet street near south beach. The bedroom was very clean, and the breakfast in the morning was good Nutella with banana pancakes is highly recommend trying
