I Love the location and ambience, close to everything and not so crowded because the street that crosses its closed to traffic. Be ready for a simple complimentary breakfast of eggs, bacon, toast bread and bacon, coffee and (orange) juice and some fruit.No butter, jelly, mayo, cheese, ham..Nothing. The plates and utensils were dirty so check them before using them. The service was Ok. Overall we enjoyed it.

We stayed just for one night as we were going on a cruise, but will stay again at this property. Very clean room!! The area is perfect, lots of activities, restaurants, and the beach is close by. 10 out of 10 is my review.

Eight of us stayed for 1 night prior to going on a cruise. The property was cute, clean, and convenient. I would book again. The beach is literally steps away. Food in the area is very expensive so be prepared for that!

Good Value in Art Deco District
Staff was very friendly. Room could have used a chair. The breakfast voucher provided access to the restaurant next door. The choices were limited and the service was not great. It seemed like they don’t know how to do breakfast. Great location. Pool at the sister hotel was nice. Good value for the money.

Breakfast absolutely scam and the service there was terrible. Waited 35 minutes for the waiter to come with our order for drinks(!!). Every single day the breakfast tasted weird and served with beyond bad but charging 33$ per night for the resort fee, it’s ridiculous. Very upsetting.

Hotel road is closed for vehicles for so many years but they don't tell you in advance,it is hard to reach the property. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Bad smell in the hotel. There is no ramps to take the luggage to the hotel and no one to help you. You have to pickup the heavey luggage thru the stairs. Elevator is so slow. I will never stay there again.

Good location...no oceanview was a bummer..but thats true for most properties...resort fees not worth it...mandadory fees...bartender took back our welcome drinks cause $3 dollars was not enough of a tip..Really!!!!

Great stay, amazing location, staff was very kind, let us check in early and that made a huge difference for our overall experience-they are super accommodating. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was breakfast at nearby restaurant-they don’t serve breakfast at hotel so you get voucher for Mexican restaurant-food was not nice, selection or quality. One day they served us coffee which was the worst coffee I ever had. I understand hotel is separate from restaurant so I’m giving my 5 star to hotel.

Baller on a budget!
This was a PERFECT LOCATION on south beach! It had everything we needed: free breakfast vouchers next door (pretty good!), two free cocktails next door, rooftop pool at neighbor hotel, and spacious room with AC. It is right next to bikes to rent, liquor store, Starbucks, across from the beach, and surrounded by hopping bars and restaurants. It was a good choice for the price! Average basic hotel but with many perks.
