We recently stayed at the hotel and discovered it's under some renovations. Which is greatly needed. We could smell fresh paint walking down the hall to our room and were pleased at the time. However once we entered our room we quickly realized that our room had not been done. The carpets had the seams exposed and a musty smell hit us as soon as we walked in. I believe they have attempted to clean the carpets but have never properly aired out and dried. The bathroom was tiny, just enough room to turn around in. Also our first impression was tainted because we couldn't find the main entrance. We ended up walking around the building. (we weren't the only ones doing this on this particular day) We did use the pool as this day was a hot one. It too is in need of an upgrade. My only suggestion is not to look up. A heads up would have been great as it's in a great location. Hopefully they continue with the renovations.

We stayed in the king jacuzzi suite, yu3 bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Just make sure to ask for extra towels 😉

Parking card didn’t work. Need to stay in parking and call hotel to open it. Sometimes waiting for 1p minutes in front of gate until someone answers the phone, and of course other drivers don’t appreciate the wait. Took over 30min to check in and people before me had been waiting close to an hour just to get in their room. Pool was nice but no towels, asked staff and he went to get some but an hour later and he still hadnt returned. Great breakfast and nice big rooms.

The room was extremely dirty. I went to the front desk to complain. They couldn't change the room because they were fully booked. When they came to look at the room they saw how dirty the carpet was. They finally agreed to change the room and steam this room for the next guest. They were apologetic after that. The rooms were very run down. People were smoking in the staircase. The food was terrible.

Rooms were nice, hotel under construction,
The hotel room was nice, however there was a lot of consutrction going on. Carpets were ripped up in stairwells, and items were in teh midst of being painted. It gave off a decrepit look at first, so we were pleasantly suprised by the room. THe breakfast was a nice addition.

The breakdast wasnt the greatest as one mirning it has sausages and tge rest of the stay was none. Fruits were on on friday morning but none the restvod the stay. Friday cofdee was very weak. Not much taste to foid toi blend.
