The facility had a shortage on clean washcloths to accommodate each guest in each room. I had to wait till the next day to receive clean washcloths. The room was not as clean as could be. Dusty etc….

No Frills but excellent value
Very small room, however we only needed the room as a base to go to the Philippine consulate which was right around the corner. No meals avail however plenty of places to eat nearby. Coffee and croissant avail in the morning. Parking available at city park approx 2 blocks away.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BAGS IN STORAGE! It’s an absolute shame that the staff let down a hotel with such gorgeous rooms for New York! Our check in process was beyond awful. The room key created was broken and the lady on the desk handled this awfully. Swearing left right and centre with not a sorry in sight. The room was stunning, however the floors were greasy and the hallways need a lot of work! The cleaning staff stood outside our room daily, at around 7am talking extremely loudly for long periods of time even continued after we shouted to shut up. Then when you think it can’t get any worse the check out experience was hell. The worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. We left our luggage in their locked storage room, CCTV looked at by the managed shows this, we had a bag tied around the top of one of our suitcases which is not with us anymore. The manager has confirmed that only staff have access to this room throughout the day. The bag was securely tied to the top so could not just be lifted off would take some time to do so. The bag was a branded bag for a top high quality desert company so let’s just say I’m sure a staff member is having a very nice work break funded by us. Thanks for ruining our trip, my lasting memory of New York is me leaving the establishment in tears. Do not recommend.

Stayed 4 nights. Was not notified at check in that housekeeping only services room every other day So first day came back to wet towels on bathroom floor, garbage in pails, unmade bed. Next day, they still had not gotten to my room till I returned at 5pm. At my request they sent housekeeping up. I had to wait in lobby for 1/2 hour on my vacation time. Feels punitive to clean room on alternate days for long term stay Very much the antithesis of customer service. Will not go back to this hotel.
