Rooms where mostly clean (tube had some water stains). It's a perfectly fine hotel, nothing to write home about. I will say eveyone was extremely nice. I'd stay again.

Hotel was very crowded. Close to everything at fisherman wharf so easily walkable. Room was clean and had been updated. Requested early check in but not available due to crowd. They do hold bags though.

Great stay when you wanna get away.
Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Good water pressure. Ac/heat worked great. Staff were very friendly. Security was present around the property. Has plenty of parking underground. Has outdoor parking also. Slept great. Also a block away from In N Out and liquor store which was convinient. I would definitely come back here again.

Excellent location near Fisherman’s Wharf attractions. Great communication by text and email about the hotel’s amenities and offering early check in was amazing. On premise parking was a great option and it was much appreciated to see a security person in the parking structure. Room was very nice. Would have liked a small fridge and microwave. Front desk staff were very helpful and suggestions for activities, restaurants, and coupons for dining were very helpful.
