"A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms well appointed and very clean. Great breakfast!!! My only criticism is my lower ground floor room didn’t have curtains as it had glass that was patterned so people couldn’t see in, but I would have liked to black out the light. Didn’t ask for a room change as it wasn’t a big deal for me!"

"The front desk staff was soooo accommodating, I arrived from the US and they expedited my check in so that I could shower and get dressed before my event. They even offered to take photos for and got anything I need upon request. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are soo beautiful, I loved the marble. Housekeeping tidy up my room without asking. It was the perfect location for exploring the city, only 10 min walk from Paddington station and close enough to explore Hyde park and make use of the hop on-hop off buses! "
