Be aware that they will charge you $20 plus tax per day to park. Also, you will not be able to rope drop to close if you take their free shuttle. The breakfast was decent. The Mickey waffles flavor changed each day we were there, so that was fun.

This was an excellent stay. I enjoyed the breakfast choices, and there was an ease of the check-in and checkout. We stayed one night on the way to Port Canaveral and spent the day at Disney Springs. We had an excellent breakfast that morning before heading out.

Great stay, but low water pressure = crappy shower

Stay was great, breakfast offering was awesome! BUT: The water pressure on the 6th floor sucked. Could barely take a decent shower, and the pressure would often randomly drop during the shower to a mediocre stream, and some times so low it would cause the diverter to pop down and you’d have to pull it back up to get the shower to start again. Other than that, would stay here again, but ask for a lower floor with better pressure.

This was my first stay at this particular location and I found every aspect of my stay from cleanliness to helpful staff to be a reason I would definitely plan a return stay the next time in the area. I especially found Ethan, the desk clerk to be extremely helpful. He seemed to go the extra mile to resolve any of a number of transportation questions I had and was able to provide alternatives for me which made my stay pleasant. Thanks Ethan, and all of the staff. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding.

Great location to all the Disney parks and universal complimentary breakfast was a good daily variety. Just be aware that the parking is not free it’s $20 a day and it really was not disclosed!

we were never told that they don't clean the room everyday, that is not acceptable unless the tell you and the receptionist told me when i went to complain that they are suppose to tell me when i check in, and that is not true. so very disappointed

We liked our overall stay. They have decent food and breakfast options. However, the girl who checked us in failed to inform us that the garage was disconnected, so we had to drag our stuff in bad weather. The best way to use the Garage is to unload your stuff first and then park it under the garage. The hotel should consider connecting it to the hotel.

Body Fluids on the Wall?

Check in was quick and easy. Our room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the wall. The AC unit was loud and disruptive. The deadbolt on the door wasn’t functioning correctly. We had a number of issues that were all minor but added up quickly. The stain on the wall closest to the right side of the bed was the most disturbing though.

Close to DCP apartments

We are DCP parents and loved our stay here, walking distance to our student’s new apartment. Breakfast was excellent and customer service fantastic.
