All the staff was friendly and accommodating every time an issue came up. The location is great, a 6 min drive to Universal. Hot breakfast with variety, replenished by the hard working ladies constantly. We had several issues including having to move to a different room but the staff seemed to care and offered a solution.

There were some cleaning issues-several hairs in the shower. Smell of dog poop in the bathroom (never could find the culprit) and hairs on the bedding. There are abandoned motels in the back. If you arrive later in the evening the only parking spots were closer to those buildings and felt kind of desolate walking to the front. The side door we could exit but not get back in despite having a room key. When I asked the front desk I was told you can only exit, not recenter. There was a card pad so I assume it was broken. Through hotels.com it showed this hotel having a rooftop garden and vegan options (assuming for breakfast) There was neither. Unless you consider the couple apples and bananas vegan options. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They were probably the best part of the stay so I was thankful for their kindness.

Great location to Universal and International Drive. Kind of difficult getting in and out of driveway. Pool area small. Breakfast not gluten free friendly. Great room and beds. Staff were nice enough.
