Property was loud and people were constantly sitting on and blocking the steps to the lower floors. The plant was peeling on the walls and doors and the shower head was broken, we also had to kill a roach that crawled out of the wall in our room.

Rennovation problem.
My biggest complaint is due to rennovations it has caused roaches to become extremely active. We've killed several and it keeps getting worse. We bought roach killing spray and keep it sprayed. This hasn't helped at all unfortunality.

This was the worst hotel I ever experienced. I always book with Expedia. This is the only time they failed me. I tried reaching out to them while I was in the mess. They didn't help, they didn't care. Terrible situation to be in. I booked with Expedia, I didn't booked directly with the hotel. I really expected some assistance. Disappointed 😔

Someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. It looks like a usurped building. The only thing it has in its favor is the location. It is just 8 minutes from Universal theme parks and 6 minutes from the Outlet Mall. There are restaurants across the street and a 24-hour 7-Eleven 100 feet away.

This was the WORSE stay I have ever had in my life. THIS IS THE CHEAPEST AND DIRTIEST MOTEL IVE EVER SEEN. The rooms were dirty, the ac broken and flooding. People fighting in the hallways and knocking on the door at 5am. I was actually scared for my life. People sleeping on the stairs and in the parking lot. There were feces in the parking since one of the guest that “live” there left a dirty diaper on the parking so it got spreader all over. VERY UNSAFE, RUDE MANAGEMENT. The manager told us that he could only send maintenance which took really long to arrive giving attitude. Only one person was nice enough to offer us a room change after we got locked out. But the ac on that second room didn’t work. I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY. I checked out 3 days before I was due to and booked another hotel and they told me no refund would be applied for those days.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Everyday was a different person in the front desk complaining about something different.

You get what you pay for and little else
While in a prime location on international drive the hotel suffers from noisy guests, dated decor and a cleaning team that hadn’t visited once in the 10+ days we stayed here. Security was also an issue as doors to the room would open regardless of whether you used the keycard provided or not and would still open to people entering the room even if locked from the inside. Staff friendliness was definitely a bonus but not enough for it’s faults

There was people up yelling and screaming all hours of the night and day. Extremely strong smell of marijuana and people cussing each other out. Says offers breakfast …. Just juice and coffee is served for breakfast out of the most filthy dispenser I’ve ever seen. Trash all over the property. Staff is very rude and not helpful. Was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I would’ve been safer at a crack house more than likely.
