Horrible property pool was green, trash all over the place, piss in the hallway no amenities coffee maker no stuff, microwave on the side table by the bed, lamp bulb hanging in the shade no lamp on side table giant ants in bathroom. Hookers coming in and out, transients stealing stuff from maids cart that was left on thecside noone in sight. Just disgusting all around.

No se lo recomendaria a nadie sucio , avandonado, las puertas no servia segurobde seguridad , areas verdes feas , picina no esta en funcion y tiene el agua verde, ofrecen desayuno lo cual no es cierto , peste a personas fumando marihuana o cosas parecido , la avitacion tenia 1 mesa vieja y sin sillas , no cambiaron las tohallas ni las sabanas nunca al fin lo deverian cerrar, las fotos que aparecen en travelocity del hotel no corresponden a ese hotel en fin un verdadero basurero

The place is in poor conditions, these some other ppl living at the hotel, smoking weed and other stuff , it and to be renovated, it has the potential, but it need to get upgraded, is in a good location. Convenient and close to everything.

this place was being renovated into a Wyndham property but should not use that name until all the rooms have been brought up to Wyndham standards... I reserved a King size bed which was not available and the first room had a funky smell but they were at least able to get a better smelling room...

Check in was quick, however, it went down hill from there. My first room 225 (2nd floor) had the bathroom ceiling paint falling. It was on top of the toilet seat, the floor between the toilet and tub, as well as the tub. I went to the front desk, he apologized, and assign me another room 125 (1st floor), when I checked that room it had an awful smell, like mildew. Because it was on the first floor, I thought maybe water came in from outside from flooding. I returned again to the front desk. I got another room 136, it had small roaches in that room. The last room was 158, which also had small roaches. I gave quite a few chances but I was not pleased with the property, so the same night I requested a refund. The photos on Expedia were not anything like the property. Not sure if Expedia inspect the facilities that are being advertised on their website. I hope this is a case that they will start checking out the facilities. Also, another shocker was "Wyndham Orlando" was attached to their name, and since you "expect" certain things associated certain names, it was quite disappointing, very disappointing. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel through Expedia. In the past, I have always been pleased but now I have to question...

Even though we paid for the breakfast-included package, the hotel informed us that they had not received food from the suppliers and that breakfast would be unavailable for four days. All the rooms are very old and dirty. We booked four rooms with king-sized beds, but all four rooms have a smoking odor, non-working lights, water leaks in the taps, and no housekeeping. The bathrooms are like public toilets and haven't been cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fans are not working. Once the above booking was made no one can be contacted from the front desk for a late-night check-in via phone. Never book this hotel to avoid trouble

This property is a joke. It should be closed down. When we got there it was nothing close to the pictures on the website. It actually looked like a run down unsafe junk yard. You know something’s wrong when a police has to walk back and forth the filthy place. The place was dark on the side and the back. The only place that has light was the front.

Unbelievable! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Had the worst night sleep because the door didn’t close all the way even when dead bolted. Roaches crawled on me in the bed. I also brought back some leftovers but shocker, the microwave didn’t work. The only positive to this place and the reason for the one star was the young lady that worked the front desk was pleasant and as professional as she could be.

Upon arriving in the premises I noticed how dirty, almost an abandoned look, poorly maintained. Front desk agent uniformed, regular sporty T-shirt on The lobby smelled musky-old, broken paint in different surfaces around the front desk. Dirty walls behind the front desk. As you pass the lobby before exiting towards the pool there is what seemed to be an old and unused cafeteria with a bunch a junk inside visible from the exterior through the glass. Walking towards the room was a terrible display of people hanging out smoking cannabis, drinking and shouting conversations. As I arrived to my room I am going to run out of space to describe it...3 words' Cheap motel look. Within 30 minutes of checking in there was a male arrested under my room with contraband on top of the police vehicle. I immediately felt unsafe and disgusted. Horrible experience. I checked out and left with my family.

Horrible absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I will never stay here again. Black mold in bathroom, no breakfast out, pool closed without any notice. Asked for towels and was told I had to gi to the laundry to get them, then was given 2 more.
