All staff were very helpful and super friendly. Hotel was decorated for Christmas as our stay was in December. It looked fun and festive which helped us stay in the Christmas spirit despite the warm weather. Pool area was big, well maintained and looked like the photos. Gym was good sized, arcade was smaller than I’d expected. Lots of great dining options right across the street. There’s no cross walk directly in front of the hotel so you do have to walk to the left a block before being able to cross the road or just send it where you are and try to be safe, definitely worth it though. Overall great people, fun location and good vibes!

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Heated pool was very nice. The only negative for me was having to pay for parking ($10/night). Otherwise awesome place to stay

Family after Christmas Vacation
We had two rooms they were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfasts offered for free had great selections and the staff was friendly. Only issue was the shuttle service did not meet our needs and we ended up driving ourselves over to Disney.v

Great location outside of Disney. It was really easy to get to the Disney Parks and 30mins to Universal. Our room has a full kitchen which is really great if having an extended stay. The bed and couch was comfy. And the breakfast had good options. I'd definitely stay here again.
