Great hotel but too many fees! Spent 2 nights there, which came with $100/day resort fees for my husband and I. Then they closed most of their parking lot for construction so the very small self park was full. Only choice was to park at the Swan and walk over with our luggage or pay $50/day of valet parking. Getting our car was a cluster, took 45 minutes! If a hotel chooses to close their parking lot, they shouldn’t be charging that much. So our “good rate” had an additional $150/night that we weren’t expecting. Could have stayed at an actual Disney resort for that extra cost. Just known that going into it!

The property is really nice and the amenities are nice, but the staff is very difficult to get to help you with anything. Especially at concierge and at the front desk… All they direct you to do is go onto an app when you have a question. They never actually answer questions

The hotel is nice but needs updating. Definitely not worth the amount we paid to stay granted it was New Year’s Eve. Our room smelled so bad of mold/mildew that we had to go down and tell the front desk. We even checked the air filters ourselves thinking that was the reason it smelled so bad.

The service and the workers were all very helpful and kind. They answered my every question and need with professionalism and understanding. It was wonderful that I never had to move my car once there. The transportation was fantastic.
