I stayed one night at the Swan and 2 nights at the dolphin for a conference. I preferred the swan, it was quieter and nicely updated. I loved all the amenities and shuttles available to other Disney

The Swan has been one of my favorite Disney/Marriot resorts since I was a child. The convenience to Epcot and the amenities are incredible. Great for families or even a couples trip.

Rooms are newly renovated, but the $50 daily resort fee for 2 bottles of water is a little unrealistic. We have stayed here for many years, but we may have reconsider staying elsewhere that is more affordable on a daily basis.

When I call to ask for a little extra coffee in the room, it would be nice to be able to accomplish that on the first try instead of having to hang up on an AI bot twice when it redirected me to the wrong place. Another example of corporate America putting faith and responsibility in algorithms at the expense of human beings. I'm less likely to choose this hotel the next time I book because of this, though the stay was otherwise fine.
