I felt the transportation from the Disney attractions did not accommodate the Swan hotel at all. It was very difficult to determine how to get to your hotel and in many cases we ended up going to the Boardwalk and having to walk to the Swan. We understand this boat transportation, but it wasn’t available at the time we arrived.

I've stayed here several times because I love that my family can just walk to two of the parks. Unfortunately, my bedding was not cleaned this time around but new sheets were brought up very quickly. I'd still stay again!

Great location
The are continuing renovations but we didn't hear any noise really. The renovations have done a great job updating the rooms. Its a nice hotel, great location and not ridiculously overpriced like most of Disney's hotels. You get the full 7 day reservation on the fast passes too.
