"Very convenient for an early morning flight from Gatwick North terminal. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. It was a bit cold when I arrived and it was not obvious how to turn on the heating, but once on it soon warmed up. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle and plenty of hot water. There was no hook for hanging up the towel, which was a bit odd. The hotel rate was very good, Wi-Fi was free and breakfast was included. "

"As before, I was dropping off my elderly Parents for a flight the following day and, ax before, the Staff could not have been more helpful with wheelchair assistance and help with our luggage. The Hotel experience was exceptional as before with easy access (with complimentary booked assistance for mum and Dad) via the link corridor to check-in. This place will always be our go to whenever we fly from Heathrow T5. Thank You all."

"We love this property. We prefer to travel to LHR the day before our flight to avoid any (added) stress on day of travel, and pick this property every time. First off the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is very easy to get to from Picadilly line or Elizabeth line (and we see the Heathrow Express as well, but have never taken it). The property itself has multiple on-site restaurants that we have a meal at as well. The rooms are great, exactly what we need for our trip. Cozy, clean, and well kept. Thank you!"
