"This was a one night stay to attend a show in a venue not far from the hotel. The staff was excellent; so accommodating! Kudos to Graham ( the shuttle driver) who drove us to and from the venue. Although it was only 4-5 blocks away, the venue is in an industrial area and hard to negotiate. He was waiting for us when the show was over. Above and beyond expectations. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Only negatives were the sound of the AC ( very loud) and the functional design of the bathroom. It's very tight and the privacy door goes inward, so using the toilet or entering the shower requires some door maneuvering."
