"The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding. The location was walking distance to everything i needed to get to and easy walk to public transport. Lots of food options around and CVS so close! 20 minute walk to 2 museums and the music hall. It was just perfect for what I needed! I did even more than i expected to because of the location! 😊"

"We arrived earlier than check in and were told that there would be 75.00 charge to check in before 12:00. 45.00 charge before 2:00. I have never experienced this at any hotel. Hotel should not make customers wait if they have rooms available. Plenty of other hotels near the Airport for me to stay at"
