On check in I mentioned that my partner was wheelchair handicapped, she still put us in a room that required us moving over uneven unpaved ground to get into our room. On check out, the counter person compensated us for our inconvenience and the fact that no one came after our calling the desk to help with a desk light that would not come on.

Such a beautiful location! My five year old daughter and I stayed here and we both loved it. Right on the marina, she loved looking for seals and seashells. The cutest little burger shack out on the pier across the street. Fishing available on the pier with no license necessary. A park on the waterfront across the street. About a half hour walk to local ice cream shops. Beautiful!

Great 2 night stay.
Amazing rooms. Very large, very clean, quiet, amenities included and view was fablous. Our room faced the Marina and was a georgous relaxing view. Will definitely be staying again. Only draw back if you want to park on the property they charge $25 a night. We were able to park across the street and it was fine.

We loved this hotel. Perfectly located on shelter Island with ample parking. Our room was very large and the best view ever of the beautiful yachts. It felt very Hawaiian and lovely throughout. I will return to this hotel in the future.

Otel şehir merkezine biraz uzak. Arabanız yoksa zorlanabilirsiniz. Ama aracınız varsa rahat bir bölge. Otelin otoparkı ücretli ama kullanmanıza hiç gerek yok çünkü yolun hemen karşısında ücretsiz park yerleri mevcut. Tesis biraz dağınık. Resepsiyon ve kalacağınız bina birbirinden ayrı bloklarda olabilir. Genel olarak sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı.

Its located in a nice area. The hotel is renovated but still old the room is by the parking area where people walk pass. So it can be noise. The staff are just performing basic function and not much more. Did not feel the hospitality.
