Sadly our smoke detector and phone didn’t work. Had to keep walking up to request items. No hotel toiletries until we asked. Pay $25 for hotel parking but if you come in after 10 you can’t find any. Bed was super uncomfortable and roaches found in bathroom. Beautiful area. Not staying here again.

Nice sized rooms, and great location. Everything we wanted to go see was normally a 20 to 30 minute drive away. The park across the street was also a great place to hang out or go for a walk.

Rotting room and sewer smelling shower drain.
The staff was super helpful and understanding and they tried their best to keep this old rotting establishment running. The room I stayed in stank. The shower drain stank of the sewer every time I turned on the shower. The carpet in the room was in terrible condition and probably had mold in the corners. The bed was super uncomfortable and gave me neck and back pain. I usually don't leave reviews, but for the price I paid, this was a horrible experience.

We love this Best Western. It’s in a beautiful location and the service is always great. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the service was great! It’s a great spot to walk around shelter island.

Great property on an 'island', amazing view of the city skyline, Coronado and we got to watch the navy boats coming and going. Area is limited for stores, but the restaurant in the hotel is great.

The room 220 is literally over the staircase entry you hear EVERYTHING traffic right outside the room is terrible! They need hurricane windows in room 220. The bathroom is huge could have spare a few more feet for a king bed
