"Chose as was close to the station. Easy checkin . Room is compact but for the price was fine. The one negative is they have scaffolding up and at 8am the workmen started banging right next to the window waking us up. I don’t know if it’s possible to get them to wait until 10am or give a room without scaffolding. "

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Stayed for one night, Xmas shopping trip. Triple room which was fine for 3 ladies, one of us had a birthday so the hotel gifted some fizz, cake and chocolate to our room. Also plenty of tea and coffee, nespresso machine. Marco Pierre restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast, plenty of choices. All staff great customer service. Would highly recommend. "

"The hotel was lovely and clean. We were going on a cruise so it was a perfect location when we needed to get to the port. The location is about 5 mins walk from the centre. "

"A gorgeous property with character. All the facilities we needed, a lovely large bedroom and large bathroom, at a really good price for a city. Free parking! The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is convenient for the theatre. We will stay again. "
