Nestled on the ocean's edge, overlooking a quiet cove sits this completely renovated one bed (+ pull out), one bath open-concept home. The home has large windows filling it with natural light and offering expansive ocean views. Across the back of the home is a huge deck where you can listen to the sounds of the ocean while watching the waves dance with the rocky shoreline as local fishermen head out sea. The cottage is a short walk to a Rockcut trail head and only a few km to the heart of town.

The Space:
Newly renovated, this modern cottage has an open concept kitchen and living room separated by an island. The kitchen's white cabinets and the large windows create a bright and airy living space. The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and the bathroom has a stand up shower and soaker tub.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Lower Jenkins Cove is located in the scenic town of Twillingate, about 1-3km from the heart of town (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) and only a short walk to the Rockcut Twillingate Trails, an incredible 20+km coastal trail system.

Getting Around:
Most people navigate around Twillingate by car. There is parking for two spaces at the cottage. The cottage is located near a sharp turn so be cautious pulling in and out.
