"We stayed at the Cross Hotel during our recent trip to Japan in October 2024. Everything was amazing! The property is clean, friendly and accommodating staff, and the location was perfect! The location is within walking distance to Nishiki Market and down the street from Kawaramachi Street Market. There are a huge shopping center and food hall down the street. The food hall had so many different selections of food. We will definitely be coming back to Cross Hotel for our trip to Japan in 2026."

"My wife and I have enjoyed staying at this property for many times. The staff are friendly and helpful. One staff, Tsuji san helped us booked a popular restaurant. The booking took a long time, because the restaurant reception was so busy. Under the circumstance, Tsuji san was still patient and completed the booking for us. We will definitely stay at the property again in the future."

The washing machine and dryer were great for a quick wash (wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple shirts but you are able to add more drying time if needed). Will be back.
