"Very friendly staff, easy check in (get the app in advance and book your restaurants ahead). The buffet had abundance of food st each service - some items lacked flavour( salads esp) but there’s enough variety that you’ll be happy. Changes daily so you’re never bored but the Brazilian restaurant was our fav! The beach was absolutely amazing!!! The water was clean and warm and the sand was so soft. No matter what time we went we always found chairs. There was a beach restaurant which was very convenient since the beach is about 3-4 min ride from the hotel or 10 min walk if that. Overall we all had a great time - I would def go back "

"10/10 experience! Our butler Alby was awesome- The night entertainment staff was wonderful- Mayelin & Carlos Miguel especially! Bartenders Juan, Victor & Gustavo made wonderful drinks for us all week. Ana Hilda & Eduanny at the Sports Bar were so fun! Try the cappuccino from the cafe - we had a sweet gal there we really liked! The Espresso Martinis are a must try after dinner we well. "

"This is a lovely resort to spend your winter vacation at. It is has a quiet, chill vibe with just enough activities that you can participate in or not. The resort is beautifully landscaped, has a beautiful beach and 3 pool areas with ample chairs and shade. The rooms are big and modern with attentive cleaning staff. The food and drinks are good; you will not be hungry or thirsty! The staff is wonderful as well—we enjoyed interacting with many of them. This resort, and the DR in general, have made it an easy choice when deciding where to spend our vacation dollars. "

"i love the serenade. they had amazing staff stephany by the pool as entertainment, henry and jermey as bartenders at the pool, and most importantly wilfrado at the lobby bar. they are impeccable and impressive workers at serenade. they made my experience comfortable and unforgettable we definitely love this resort "
