Right across the street from St. Jacob’s market. The staff were very friendly at check-in. The room was a good size but there were some cleanliness issues, coffee mugs were not clean, room had a weird smell. Also, there were tea bags but no kettle in the room. I used a pot to boil water but had to clean it first as it was really grimy.

quiet and comfortable
my suite was clean and welcoming, this trip was off season so it was really quiet. I was the only person at the pool and only 2 others at Breakfast before 8am.

The property is so close to the Farmer's market! It is convenient. The Jack's Family Restaurant is excellent and you can walk from the hotel in 2 minutes.

I recommend this hotel
This was a family trip. the room was great for a family of 4. It had a kitchen which was very convenient. The pool was nice and the building offered washer and dryer services to guests.

Good location, nicely appointed
The Staybridge Suites in St. Jacob's was well kept and nicely decorated. All the staff we interacted with were kind and professional. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. We really liked the location as we went to the Farmers' Market and later to the Community Theatre which were both within walking distance. Downtown St. Jacob's is just a 5-minute drive.

Personal stay not convinced good for company staff
My husband and I were in one room and our adult son was in another room and what a vast difference in cleanliness. My son found dark hair in the sheets as well as some other unique stains, he called front desk. They sent up fresh linens. He had to clean it, change his own bed. He found other hair and stains in another part of the room. Our room was an accessible room. It was decent. The couch was covered in stains. The shower head was so loose. We thought it was going to fall off, the hair dryer didn't even blow hot air. We were worried that it was going to catch fire. Not what I thought a stage bridge was going to be like. They want us to use the location for our corporate staff but not 100% convinced it's the way to go.
