The room was very clean and so were all the public areas. The morning breakfast was hot, fresh and the area where the food was located and dining room was always clean. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Would recommend staying here as it is close to the Disney property without paying Disney prices.

Everything was really good except the shower. The pressure was low and all they had was the handheld. Showering was not easy for 6'1" man. The line was not long enough for me to stand up straight and have the water reach my head. Everything else was really amazing

We had to move rooms because we had no hot water. They charged us more money for incidentals sine we booked through Travelocity. They charge us $70 when we checked in then later another $90 with nothing being said when we checked in. The bus to the parks was horrible, a window was shattered and there is something wrong that made it extremely loud.

We’ve stayed her multiple times now and will continue to do so! We stay here when we drive down from VA to visit Disney. My son loves all the sports facilities, pool and how easy it is to walk to the shops. Everyone is so welcoming and rooms are always perfectly clean/nice.
