From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was clear this hotel was very well kept clean. The staff was attentive and respectful, she asked where we were coming from and if I needed help to get around the city of Orlando. The resort offers shuttle service to Universal, very convenient for us. The room smell very good even though the room was pet friendly. No doggie smell whatsoever!!! We stayed on the 15th floor and the view was stunning. I would like to mention that you also have access to use the second property "Westgate Lake resort" just about 3 miles driving from the Palace, which my family found super cool because we were able to book a family spa day and also use the waterpark at the resort (just need to pay a small fee of $25.00 per person). Our stay here was truly exceptional

Terrible parking issue and unable to assist.
Terrible service for parking. Made my husband run around many times late at night to get a parking also far away with terrible supervisor was unfriendly to even able to assist. That was the night of 12/28/24. Never again here.

The only negative thing about the property is that they don’t have enough parking space onsite and you would have to park a few blocks away. The parking lot does have 24/7 security patrols and someone available to transport you back to the property, but I still found it inconvenient. Aside from that, I really liked the 2 room suit and the cleanest and comfort.

The staff was nice. This area didn’t really have walking distance restaurants like the other side of I-drive. This hotel also has an old feel to it. It definitely needs a face lift. Over all 6/10
