The sofa bed was awful. Dirty mattress and you can feel every spring. It was very bad and very old. The sheets and blankets and beds made us itchy. It was very uncomfortable.

Originally booked for 2 nights but got out of there as fast as I could. My first room, the door did not shut properly, and from in my room I could tell the door jamb was skewed. I could see into the hallway which meant anyone in the hall could see me. I asked to be moved which they obliged, only to put me in a room where the dead bolt did not fully engage. I went to ensure my entrance to the outside was locked properly and a man was literally looking right into my room. I am a female travelling alone. I went to the front and informed them I would be checking out in the morning and asked for a refund. It was very late otherwise I would have moved to a new hotel. Options were limited as it was a holiday weekend. The rooms are old and worn out. My second room reeked of horrible men’s cologne. Do not stay here.

I am sorry to start with negative, I am not usually too picky but the room smelled horrible. Non-smoking but overwhelmingly reeked of stale smoke. I had to air it out for an hour and spray scent to cover it. Otherwise everything was great - very good value for the price. Free breakfast, courteous hotel staff, easy check in, room was clean, beds were comfortable, easy parking! Would stay here in a pinch again.
