The property as a whole for the most part was clean and it was nice and quiet and there was a lovely restaurant within walking distance it was called Baccio Trattoria deffs recommmend! The bed was very soft and comfortable and we had a great sleep. The only thing there were a couple flies in the bathroom and there was a bug in the bathroom when we first arrived, I think that was because there’s a lot of grass and bushes around the area, not because it wasn’t clean. The other thing I would recommend is just making sure all the garbages are emptied because one of the garbages was not emptied when we first arrived. Overall it was a nice place to stay for our short trip it was conveniently located.

My husband and I stayed for only one night at Parkside house. The room was very lovely, clean and comfortable. The property was very quiet and easy to access. We were welcomed by Mark who set us up with everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend this property.

I like the size of the suite; it’s big. Also, the hosts were quick to reply and provide what I requested. However, the AC needs an upgrade and maybe add more toiletries. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Steve and Mark are the best host I met, lately. They look after their property well and we felt welcome soon we drove on that property. As a senior, climbing stairs was a bit hard but apartment took all that tiredness away after each climb. :)

A beautiful suite in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from downtown. Easy check-in, spacious, comfortable. We wish we had more time in Barrie! A great place to stay.

Mark and Steve were great hosts! Very responsive and super nice. The unit we were in was one of their smaller units and it was very clean and actually cozy and spacious at the same time and quiet. Definitely would go back without a doubt.

The owners were amazing easy to get along with and were accommodating, the place was spotless and there was lots of room for parking,the beach and water front was onlyv a 5 minute which was beautiful. I look forward to the next time we are in the area and staying there

Wonderful experience with both owners. Helpful even when I locked myself out thinking i would remember the key code. And then helpful when I asked for the place to smoke outside. It looked beautiful but I laid in the comfy bed and fell asleep instantly and slept till 8am without the alarm. And then stayed in bed till checkout. Wonderful time. Will visit again. Hopefully for longer!

Owners were very responsive and helpful! Booked a room for my special needs brother that was travelling alone and the owners helped me make sure he got to his room safe and sound. So convenient specially when arriving very late 10/10. Love the personal touch of dealing with real people and not call centre or robot.
