The front staff was friendly . There was a punch hole in the wall by the bed . The bathroom door was completely broken with the front panel falling off and a punch hole in the back . It would not close properly . Burn marks on the bathroom counter . The water in the toilet was yellow . So I presume the bath water was the same. The shower was very dated , I opted to wait to get home before showering .

Pretty run down. Busted tiles, bath fan didn’t work, lighting was dark. Paint dripping down the walls. Grounds coated in cigarette butts. Clean inside though. Bed was comfy. Staff was good. Overall not a bad experience

My husband and I checked in went to our room looked around and didn’t feel safe or comfortable in there so we went out to the front desk and kindly asked if we could have our money back as we didn’t feel comfortable there. The lady said she was sorry and best she could do was give us another room. We did look at it but it was very similar to the first one. We spoke with the lady and she was going to have the manager contact us about a refund and we left. In a few days we found out that they did not check us out until the next day at noon. When we have proof we spent the night in a different hotel. Very very poor quality employees.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel. It’s centrally located to where I have business. We were lucky to get a room with parking lot access which was perfect to load and unload our luggage. This room had a weird shower though, and always soaked the floor. So that was frustrating. The bathroom door and the room door were also too large for the hole. This room didn’t have a phone to reach the front desk, but we were close if we needed anything.

it is not what they show you in the pictures. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to hallways Smells like weed rooms smells like smoke they say it’s none smoking room it’s honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to me and my wife had to leave and they would not give me a refund
