I had to open the window and put up the outside noise. Since it was a non physical contact hotel, I texted and called and emailed to complain. I did not receive a response. During the day, there was someone in the front desk. He said he’ll have someone take a look at it. But no one did. This will be the last time I’ll book with this hotel or other contactless hotel"
