Extremely disappointed. First room had only bed and tv, no fridge. Second room had fridge with no working tv. Third room had a fridge with no freezer (was in second room). (Fridge ended up being a surcharge. Never had that before.) Breakfast was a box breakfast. Bagle, not toasted. Jam with with no spoon or knife.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The staff is fine, the condition of the motel is.....ok. the hallways are cleaner than the entrance. The biggest issues were A: running out of hot water, and B: a broken heater the first night. The room peaked at 37 degrees C! This will probably be our last stay.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your motel from September 20-22. I booked two rooms for two nights to attend a wedding. While the check-in process was smooth and the room appeared tidy, I woke up the first night with severe itching and large bites all over my body. By the second night, this problem worsened, and I was again covered in bites by morning. I am currently seven months pregnant, and this experience has been deeply distressing. Additionally, upon returning from the wedding, I found our rooms unlocked, which made us feel unsafe, although nothing was missing. Despite checking the bed for bedbugs, the itching and bites persisted, leading me to believe the room is infested. Upon returning home, I had to take extreme measures to clean and disinfect all my belongings. I’ve never experienced something like this and found it extremely traumatic. Moreover, I was uncomfortable with the general atmosphere at the motel. Several individuals appeared to be living there long-term, and the motel felt far from family-friendly. The breakfast was also disappointing, and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Given this experience, I would not recommend this motel, particularly for families. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues for future guests.
