Grass was very high. Mold in the bathroom Rusted bathroom faucet Smoke alarm was beeping from low battery when we arrived, called the front desk and he asked us to just remove the battery and he would have someone fix it the next day. We told him that was unacceptable.

A 1-Day Stay!
I read the reviews so I knew the parking was going to be an issued, but luckily we got a nice spot by the lobby entrance. The room was clean, fresh towels and cool A/C running. Mattress was comfortable. Access to the beach was easy but they don't supply beach chair/umbrella, good thing we always have ours in the trunk of the car, but for those visiting out of state could be an issue. (We did see a rental service but no idea on prices and hours). The surf was on the strong side with a Red flag but we love the water and for us was not a big deal. the beach is a large flat hard sand surface with leaning towards a reddish color so the water although is crystal clear one cannot see the button like some other beaches in Florida. Walk distance to many restaurants and bars and the ones we stop by had friendly staff. Overall we were satisfied with our 1-night pit-stop in Daytona Beach!

There are no rules regarding time limits. At night at 3am there were people in the pool and making noise, people do not respect the spaces on the balconies.
