Crystal Sands 305A has a comfortable beach influence and a fabulous Gulf front view from a private balcony. The living area offers cozy fish patterned sofas, cottage-style furniture, and tiled floors. The main bedroom displays a light pastel décor and island wicker furniture.

After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped upgraded kitchen. For plenty of dining seating, you will find a glass-top table for four as well as two bar stools at the bar. You will also enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer.

Only positive = the view
Condo is extremely dated and in need of a good deep clean. Upon arrival there was a dirty towel on the kitchen counter and mold stains on the shower curtain. The condo smelt like mildew or mold. I left my trip with chest congestion, which was most likely due to the moldy condo. The check in process was also a headache. There were no parking passes left and had to make three phone calls to get them so my car would not be towed. Do not recommend staying here.

The view was Amazing!! It had all the room my family and I needed. Very comfortable. The only thing I would recomend the hot water dont last very long. It gets cold fast. Would definately come back.

Nice on the beach stay
It showed four twins and a queen bed... hut instead had two twins and two queen beds. And then the walkway wasnt finished to go from hotel to beach in the A building. Besides that it was nice. Clean and right on beach.

Poor cleaness All dusts not cleaned on ceiling fan,on ramp cover in living room and bedrooms Cleaning staff not wearing mask Refrigerator not working well So Had to throw out some stuffs like milks,eggs and frozen items Drainage problem in kitchen sink But it was easy access to the beach

Loved the location and the unit we stayed in.
The outside of the property looked dirty, old, and run down from the street. The tiny pool was in the parking lot. That being said, inside the unit we rented was clean and nice. The handle on the upstairs toilet was broke, we called and they fixed it immediately. The balcony view was to die for.
