"The room was great just what we booked. Breakfast is great and plenty to choose from. The parking is okay, my only problem with this hotel is the lifts, they take ages & one stayed on floot 16 for most of the day."

"The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! "

"Front desk and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Helped us out with the Radisson membership to save on early check in! Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Windows could be better sound proofed, we could still hear traffic 13 floors below us. Good location for central Birmingham. We used the hotel due to its proximity to the O2 academy. "
