The property is very convenient to the airport and all beaches. I was very disappointed in the Housekeeping, I was told every other day and it never came. I spoke to multiple front desk workers and the ball was dropped multiple times.

The employees were very nice and always helped us if we needed anything. Our brief stay was one we will remember as we attended a family funeral and was comforted by the staff. We will definately stay there again in the future.

Property was in bad condition, lots of things need fixing. There were random people loitering in the parking lot. The staff seemed to be aware but did not address the issue.

DON’T STAY HORRIBLE
As soon as you walk in you smell the funkiness and was warm not cold or cool. In Florida with this heat I expect my hotel to be nice and cool. On top of that our room was cool when we got in so we didn’t paid no mind and thought it would get colder as we lowered the AC to 69. Well it never did it went from 74 to 76 so we are all women over 40 so we all rested very uncomfortably. The hotel was dirty, hot, breakfast option was bad. Overall, our stay was unpleasant for the price and never staying at your hotels if I can help it.

The pictures looked much better than the actual property. The shower head was broken, so water was coming out of everywhere. The carpet in the room looked dirty and the room smelled humid/moldy. The people in the reception looked more focus on their phone, then helping the clients. Whenever you asked for something, they sounded and responded like I was bothering them. If you need place for a quick stop, this is the place. If you need a place to enjoy with the family a relaxing weekend, this is not the place.

1. Checked in late night. Room initially provided to us smelled of pee. 2. The night staff on duty Bill was excellent and helped as much as he could to make things better for us. 3. Alternate room offered here had hair on the bed. Obviously housekeeping did not bother to change bedsheets after the previous guest. 4. Third room offered had crumpled bedsheets - looked slept in and sheets not changed. 5. Fourth room offered had stained carpets however was ok to sleep in as we were unable to find any alternate hotels at 12:30 am. 6. We had planned to stay two nights here and opted to move elsewhere after the first night. 7. Corridors/carpets looks dated and dingy.

The hotel was great but the smell in the hallways was not so pleasant that is the only reason I gave them a 4. Check in was great check out was great. Room was already cool by the time we got in there.

You want to stay here!
Cannot ask for better, especially for less than $200 per night. Place looked brand new, and the staff were very customer focused. Top notch stay!
