THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATIONS EVEN AFTER I CONFIRM IT THE DAY BEFORE. WE WERE STUCK LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AT 2:00 AM. ICE BEEN A MEMBER FOR LONG TIME AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN-JUST TERRIBLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO EXCUSE AND DIDNT COMPENSATE FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

I was here for one night to enjoy a concert at the venue across the street ! I absolutely loved this hotel !! It was beautifully updated - super convenient for me - I walked across the street to show ! Even had dinner at their restaurant which was excellent - and staff was great ! I honestly would have stayed all weekend if I could- highly recommend 😃

Not greeted at all by outside valet-he totally ignored us. Stayed on the 8th floor and music from the top floor was very loud. Area outside of the hotel felt dirty and unsafe. Restaurant on the second floor was good. Staff at that restaurant was friendly and the food was good.

We’ve stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, plenty of dining options close by. The only negative is the $35/night parking fee.
