I’m 73 years old on their 11th floor. Attempted access to the 1st lobby for a luggage dolly. No working guest elevator. Night manager did not have access to the only working freight elevator. All at 4:00AM.

The hotel itself was fine. Front desk staff friendly and prompt. I have a huge problem with the lack of clear communication with regards to airport shuttle location pick and drop iff. It was awful! The gentleman driving the shuttle is nice enough however.

We stayed one night before our cruise and although it’s close to the port, I suggest you consider other hotel options if you like having amenities, including a coffee shop near by. This area does not have a lot of walkable options.
