We had a 4 o’clock check in got here at 5 o’clock, and the room was not ready. The lobby was filled with people whose room was not ready. We went to the restaurant to get an early dinner since we had nothing else to do to wait for our room and she said she would call us and text us when the room was ready But never happened. We went back to the main desk at 7:30 and she said oh our room was ready and she had texted me, but that is not true and I showed her my phone I had received neither a text nor a phone call. There is no coffee machine in the room so you can’t make coffee in the morning. You have to walk outside to get to the main office to get a cup of coffee. If you don’t have your breakfast voucher with you, the jar of creamer was empty and the coffee was terrible

A nights get-a-way

My husband and I went away for a night just to get away. Check-in was friendly and fast. The restaurant on the property was very good and service was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good as well. It consisted of cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal. We will definitely return if we need a place to stay.

Poorly maintained

Carpets were dirty and crusty, heat didn’t work and had to call for help, bathroom window was broken, chain was broken on door lock and we had to use a hanger. Overall not great condition. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Although I was only there for one night, the room was outdated, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and when I woke up in the morning to take a shower, there was hair all over my shower wall. Nonetheless they were also doing some type of machine work to the facility at 9 o’clock in the morning extremely noisy did not like that. The most amazing experience was the front desk, girl I did not catch her name, but she was fantastic.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews before booking my trip, but decided to give it a shot. Well, it turned out to be a good experience. The room was large and clean, although a bit dated. The staff was responsive, and the pricing was fair. The best part was the Bay View, it was spectacular and relaxing. The free breakfast was mediocre, but included all the basics. Parking was free. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Ft Myers.

Enjoyed our stay there very much had huge balcony on the waterside very pretty at night. I live in the area so I know what it like around there and actually didn’t even feel like I was there room and staff so nice it’s just a lot of commercial area around there no real house neighborhoods
