Decent hotel from appearances but my room had an AC system that was noisy and woke me up several times during the night when it turned on and off automatically. Moving the fan setting to on did not tell the AC to keep the fan running and I'm not going to fully turn off the AC because it's Florida and the room will become sticky quickly.

First room the ac did not work (did the staff not notice it was 86 degrees in the room while they got it prepared?) Second room the toilet was broken the water kept running non stop. Either way both rooms were clean but looked dated. We weren’t going to stick around for a third surprise. Now since we booked though a third party we are stuck in limbo between the doubletree hotel and Hotels.com trying to get my money back.

We had a great time staying at the double tree Hilton at Belle Tower, the breakfast buffet staff were really great, I know Leigh was one, and the girl originally from Butler PA were both very friendly, helpful and gave us great service. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Some of the ice machines were out of service and there was construction work being done inside starting early morning. Nice facilities and amazing staff. Breakfast buffet is not included... It's a $15 per person charge.

The property overall was neat and clean. The room however had some issues. There were significant times of no hot water. The sink fawcett was loose. The bed mattress was horrible and the sheets were rough.
