Our check in with Mallory was fantastic. She was quick and made everything so easy. This place is awesome. Nice pool and great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mallory and thank you Holiday Inn.

Staff accuse me of smoking in the room and burning a chair on the balcony however, that chair had a hole in it when we arrived at 8 PM at night, which was dark did not even know it was a burn however I live in the area so it wasn’t like this Was a problem with my vacation. I was only staying one night so there was no need for me to get playing the room had a slight smell and about the chair being burnt they tried to say that I smoked in the room, but when we arrived there, there was already Blunt wrapper, pack, and ashes all over the balcony. We had the fan on on not Auto because we would get hot and cold, and I believe this made the extra smell in the room.

The staff was nice hotel was dirty. The room was not clean and the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and someone lost a fake nail don’t worry we found it. The room smelled musty which is common for warmer climates. I’m not sure why this hotel has a higher rating. If it was clean it would be a great place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and won’t be returning.

The only thing i have to say is that everything seems to be clean, but it was bot a pleasant smell neither in the halls or in the room. They should add some good scence smell around the property and in the room

Breakfast is fantastic - lots of options and well stocked. Parking was easy even though they were full. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was beautiful and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great place. It’s showing its age a little but still in great shape.
