Staff very attentive. Very clean, good breakfast. It's what I expect from Holiday Inn and they did not disappoint. Easy walking to a lot food and drink in Laid back area. Including: No. 3 Craft Brews and Beer Bar - Eight Foot Brewing, Nice Guys Pizza plus more nearby. Stay a few days and relax

Mallory greeted me. She was very kind and got me in my room fast. When I arrived in my room she sent me a text asking if everything looked good. So caring. She also got me together a to go bag of utensils so I could eat in my room. Property was very nice.

Clean and a great location for us. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many options to pick from. Only problem was the shower curtain, while showering water leaks through the shower curtain onto the floor. Staff was nice and friendly. Overall, i would stay there again.

the checkout was frustrating . the young lady was somewhat difficult . we agreed at check in on saturday (3 rooms) that she would print 3 separate invoices for simplification .on sunday , it took too much time to do this and her attitude was not the best .when we left , i still did not know if all 3 rooms were still on m y c c . and they were . where was the simplification ? .why did we print 3 separate bills at all? she could not wrap her head around this simple matter . however , i will still come back . david m. dennison
