"Rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were also clean and in excellent condition. Shower had plenty of hot water and were in like new condition. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a mini Walmart store downstairs that is attached to the hotel and a mall across the street with plenty of places to eat so you don't need to spend extra money hailing taxi's. Everything you need is in super close walking distance from the hotel. I will never stay anywhere else when im in Cancun. You will not be disappointed. Ibis has it all!"

"Good hotel in Cancun downtown, inside Mall of Americas with lots of shopping and dining options, cost of breakfast is high considering you have other options. Room is good size, bed comfortable. "

"When I arrived at the garage entrance, I was greeted by Daniel who was very helpful and friendly. He informed me of any excursions and he could arrange these things. I have been a guest there before and appreciate his humor and exuberance. Upon arriving upstairs at the hotel desk, I was greeted once again by Marisol who is very service oriented, friendly and competent. I enjoyed my stay and I will most definitely return in the future. I highly recommend Suites Malecon. "
